Singapore Chinatown（唐人街） or best known as Niu Che Shui （牛车水）is a must go tourist attraction in Singapore, a place where you can find Chinese historical and cultural. With the rapid development in Singapore, MRT is so convenient to reach everywhere and one of the stop is exactly at Chinatown, where you are just one step out from train then you are at Chinatown.
唐人街八道馆Ba Dao Guan restaurant located just down the street from MTR station corner lot and always crowded with people.
Stingray Sambal, it is simple dish from the look but it taste quite spicy and full of flavor. Banana leave use to wrap stingray meat and steamed served with sambal paste on top.
The Singapore famous Chili Crab, even though the name is Chili crab but it not that spicy actually instead it more toward tomato taste. What impress me is the size of Crab, Singapore always has good supply of big Crab and you can refer our previous crab dine at No Signboard Seafood .
I really in love with Singapore Crab (Sri Lanka crab to be exact, as they import from Sri Lanka) where the flesh is firm and sweet, really good.

A rather normal stir fried vegetable
Tofu cook with abalone slice (Clam meat to be exact), the Tofu is nicely cook with some vegetable on side and abalone slice which give a natural sweetness flavor.
Pork meat cook in sweet and sour sauce, pork meat is deep fried and crispy.
I rate it a 4 star seafood as the food is really delicious and the price is reasonable, it cost me around SGD130++.
