Jit Seng Hong Kong Roast Duck Rice has been operated since my parent generation and full with customer every afternoon, it is one of the duck rice I always visit during lunch time on weekend.
Highly recommended to go on 12pm sharp else you going to have a long wait, if you go late a bit then you might left with rice only, so better be there early.
Jit Seng Roast Duck is extremely juicy with crispy skin, the duck meat is so flavorful that even without the present of any sauce.
From the picture below you can see the crispy skin with layer of fat and meat that look so soft and it indeed has a very soft texture.
If you like to dip with sweet sauce then the black sauce provided will be your favorite.
Always recommended to go early as their rice is prepare upfront and has sometime to cold down, if you go late they will cook second round and the rice tend to be very mushy.
Jit Seng Roast Duck Rice is no doubt one of my favorite place for duck rice, it is so delicious and the price is cheap.
