Since we staying at Cititel Express and the nearest restaurant is Sedco Square hence we went back to Hua Hing Seafood Restaurant for another of seafood dinner, this time we try more dishes and more fishes as well.
Dry Curry Beef RM20, very strong curry powder taste and the curry beef is delicious and not chewy.
Snow Hill Oyster RM8 each, huge disappointment with the oyster, oyster shell is so big but the oyster inside is extremely small and it doesn’t taste fresh either, RM8 just not worth the value.

Pepper Salt Abalone RM50, my first time to eat oyster in such cooking method, proper sealing to ensure juiciness of abalone.

Signature Steam Fish RM56, the fish meat is very smooth and soft while the soy sauce has very strong flavor.
Steam Stone Fish RM80, a fish that most of the people will not ordered but that is what attracted me, since the stone fish has very less movement and just stood on the floor most of the time hence the meat must be very special, with that in mind I decided to give it a try, it is very expensive as well, a small fish cost us RM80.
We have no regret ordered this fish as the meat is the most smooth and soft I ever had before, simple soy sauce steamed is good enough to bring the sweetness out from it.
If you notice the bone is light blue color, it like glow in the dark, we even keep one to try it at dark place but it never glow…haha!
