Copthorne Orchid Hotel having a special Halal Chinese Buffet that cost RM38 nett per person on every Friday dinner. It is a very special buffet as the title name as Chinese Buffet but it is indeed halal, that given opportunity for Halal friend to try Chinese cuisine.

Top Left – Steamed Herbal Chicken

Beef Sliced with Black Pepper, beef is very soft and tender, it doesn’t has any chewy texture at all and the great use of pepper making it so flavorful.
Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet, even though the deep fried fish fillet is dipping inside the sweet and sour sauce but it still remain crunchy, it is very tasty.
Pipa Chicken, it is actually a copy version of Pipa Duck, a very innovative idea to use chicken replacing duck as main ingredients to present this dish. At first I thought they will never create a crispy skin like Pipa Duck as duck skin easier to become crispy compare to chicken but they prove me wrong, the Pipa Chicken skin is extremely crispy and the additional sesame on top of it making it very delicious.
Braised Beancurb Szechuan Style
Noodle Station, few type of noodle available for selection such as bee hun, yellow noodle and yee mee, different type of vegetable and lot other ingredients such as prawn, fish meat, fish ball…etc.
Filling the plate with what you want and cook it on your own, making yourself a chef to create a perfect plate of noodle soup with various sauce provided.
Salad Station such as Chicken Salad and Cucumber Salad together with pickle.

French Bean Pickle season with sesame, chili and tomato given sour yet spicy taste. It is very appetite.
Kerabu Jelly Fish, it is one of my favorite as the Kerabu Jelly Fish is so delicious, it has ingredients such as onion, chili, carrot, jelly fish and shallot, mix together with sweet sauce and it taste just wonderful, especially the Jelly Fish texture that is so crunchy.
SzeChuan Soup, also called as hot and sour soup. As the name said, it taste spicy and sour, some additional vinegar making it more flavorful.
Dessert Bar is her favorite, honestly not much “modern” dessert instead most of the dessert is more traditional.
Quite a couple of Nyonya dessert as well.
Dessert such as Red Bean Soup and Longan Dessert.
