Hard Rock Café Penang is one of the famous restaurant located at Batu Ferringhi area which has an special menu on April where 13 new dishes will launch. Among the 13 new dishes there are a couple of Asian dishes that newly created such as Ferringhi Ikan Bakar, Tom Yam Seafood Linguine and The Legendary Percik Burger.

Strawberry Basil Lemonade RM26.00, Pint Glass RM85.00, Fresh strawberries and basil muddled together with lemonade. Sour and Sweet drink is extremely appetite while the basil leave make the drink extremely presentable.

Blues Riff Lemonade RM 45.00, SMIRNOFF Vodka, Blue Curacao, Ginger Liqueur and made from scratch lemonade topped with club soda. Should I call this girl drink? Ya, it indeed a girl drink which sweet in taste with mild alcoholic taste, you can easily drunk as you won’t realize you drink a lot as it is extremely smooth.

Smokehouse Chopped Salad RM 35.00, freshly chop mixed field greens tossed with diced smoked chicken, turkey bacon & spiced pecans, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo with smoky citrus vinaigrette and
topped with fresh sliced avocado. The assorted vegetable is crunchy together with spiced pecans making it great in texture and flavor.

Ferringhi Ikan Bakar RM30.00, baked Seabass filet with Portuguese spicy sauce wrapped with banana leaf. Served with acar rampai and steamed rice. Seabass filet is grilled with banana leaf top with extremely spicy sauce, I am surprise by the level of spiciness as I thought they would make it less spicy to cater foreigner taste bud but we are wrong as it is so spicy that spicy lover like us also surrender. So for spicy lover, go challenge yourself a plate of Ferringhi Ikan Bakar.

Seafood Spaghetti RM 35.00, assorted fresh seafood simmered in homemade fresh tomato. Served on a bed of buttered spaghetti and garlic toast. Rich flavor tomato paste mix with spaghetti and fresh seafood, garlic toast is crunchy and surprisingly match with the spaghetti.

Tom Yam Seafood Lunguine RM 30.00, hot and spicy, Wok-fried pasta with spicy tom yam sauce accompany by succulent seafood and fresh vegetables. Have you try Tom Yam Spaghetti before? No? Let try it at Hard Rock Café, it not really Tom Yam sour and spicy flavor instead it taste sautéed and and a little bit spicy.

If you try pull pork burger before then you should know how this pull chicken about, best thing is BBQ Pull Chicken Sandwich has even better texture which is much more soft and juicy.

Legendary “PERCIK” Burger RM 48.00 , mouth watering juicy burger, basted with a paste of Malaysian spices, topped with cucumber slices and fried onion straws. Looking for original Malaysia style burger? Yes, it is available here but the patty is totally different as it almost double, triple or even more than the normal size of patty meat. The patty slightly dry but the percik taste gave it extra flavor.

LEGENDARY “PERCIK” BURGER

Mud Pie RM 35.00, Cookie crust filled with a heavenly concoction of coffee and chocolate ice cream topped with hot fudge and crunchy almond flakes. Whole lot of almond flakes on top of the Haagen Dazs Ice Cream with a layer of cookie crust at the bottom, it has the ultimate crunchy, smooth, soft, crunchy combination. It is extremely worth the value as the portion is big and the famous Haagan Dazs is covering the whole plate.
