A return visit to Tian Ding Xiang 天鼎香 again. Still remember the crispy and delicious Peking Duck we ate here before. Today we going to taste something new as they recently just launch a new menu with new dishes, it must be some interesting food.
Sweet and Sour with Lychees RM16.80, pork mince deep fried to perfection and cook with sweet and sour sauce with lychee. Generous amount of lychee added which help to add some flavor toward the sweet and sour pork mince, it taste great and definitely goes well with steamed rice.
Double Boiled Pig Stomach with White Pepper Soup RM16.80, we scoop up generous amount of pork stomach in the white pepper soup which taste just delicious, it has mild spiciness taste with fresh pig stomach that doesn’t has chewy texture instead it is soft and flavorful.
Stir Fried Scrambled Eggs with Tomato and Spring Onion RM12.80, it is one of the best dish we have, it is simple but the rich tomato flavor from the egg is just awesome. It taste sour and sweet with strong egg aroma is what make this dish so delicious.
Braised Eggplant and Dried Shrimps Beancurd, home made tofu deep fried to golden color top with dried shrimp and braised eggplant. Home made tofu has very strong egg flavor while the dried shrimp and braised eggplant gave sauteed and sweet taste which combine with the egg fragrance tofu is just delicious.
Aromatic Crispy Duck RM38.80, we did not aware when the food served to our side but somehow we smell something fragrance coming to us and we start looking for it, by then only we realize our Aromatic Crispy Duck is here. Duck meat is marinated then deep fried to perfection, folks pull the meat to small slices then served to our table. By the way, before we proceed further you might be interested to read the Peking Duck we had last time.

Herbal Drunken Prawn in a Cup RM9.80 (Minimum 2 Cup), immediately we can smell the shao xin wine in it and according to the owner they put in a small amount of brandy in it to enhance it flavor as well. Prawn is fresh and delicious by absorbing the herbal soup, the herbal soup itself taste sweet and rich in flavor.
Sauteed Chicken Cutlet with Marmite RM15.80, chicken meat is cut into small pieces then deep fried and cook with marmite sauce. Chicken meat is over deep fried causing it to be hard and dry but the marmite sauce is pretty delicious which taste sweet.
Crispy Pork Knuckle RM30.80, pork knuckle deep fried to golden color served together with sweet and sour sauce. Sadly we took too long time to take photo hence the pork knuckle has become soft and lost it crispiness.
