There is 4 different type of soup based for selection which is Tokyo Ramen, Tonkotsu Ramen, Miso Ramen and Black Ramen. Each has it very own unique flavor such as Tokyo Ramen which use classic chicken with seafood broth, Tonkotsu is classic pork bone broth, Miso is classic pork bone broth with Japanese soybean paste while Black is classic pork bone broth with Japanese fish powder and fragrant garlic oil. Each type of Ramen originally served with pakchoy, char siew, sweet corn and spring onions while add on ingredient which called as ultimate will have extra braised pork belly, egg, Japanese fish cake and seaweed. Normal Ramen range from RM9.90 to RM11.90 while ultimate Ramen RM15.90 to RM17.90.

Ultimate Tokyo Ramen RM15.90, classic chicken with seafood soup with Japanese fish powder and fragrant garlic oil, served with char siew, braised pork belly, lava egg, Japanese fish cake, seaweed, pakchoy, sweet corn and spring onions. The chicken with seafood broth has natural sweetness where you can taste the original flavor of chicken and seafood, it taste very smooth and delicious and most important we don’t feel thirsty even finish up the whole bowl. Ramen is springy and smooth as well.
Ultimate Black Ramen

Ultimate Black Ramen RM17.90, classic pork bone broth with Japanese fish powder and fragrant garlic oil, served with char siew, braised pork belly, lava egg, Japanese fish cake, seaweed, pakchoy, sweet corn and spring onions. Black Ramen soup has much more stronger flavor as the fish powder and fragrant garlic oil boost up it flavor very much, we feel that the bonito powder (fish powder mention above) slightly overpower the natural sweetness of the broth.

Aburi Char Siew RM11.90, perfectly marinated pork is soft and succulent while the pickle onion gave some sweetness to the pork meat, served with spring onion on top. It taste savory, sweet and mild sourness.

Boiled Gyoza 3pcs RM4.90, skin is very thin and extremely soft, which easily melt in my mouth but the filling is slightly too soft that some how lack of some texture.

Pan-Fried Gyoza 3pcs RM4.90, look like one thin layer of crust with 3 Gyoza deep fried to golden color, from the menu it look like a chopper board without anything, it actually a very unique way of cook Gyoza which only a few restaurant in Penang doing so.
