We are here to visit Edo Ramen for the other two Ramen soup that we keen to try after first time visit. Today we going to try Ultimate Tonkotsu and Ultimate Miso Ramen, for more information on the environment and the other two flavor please visit our first visit review.
Ultimate Tonkotsu RM15.90 classic pork bone broth with Char Siew, Sweet Corn, Pak Choy, seaweed, braised pork belly, Japanese fish cake, lava egg & Spring Onion. It is pretty smooth and flavorful but if compare to Ultimate Tokyo Ramen, i still prefer the sweetness level of Ultimate Tokyo Ramen.
Ultimate Miso RM16.90 classic pork bone broth with Japanese Soybean paste with Char Siew, Sweet Corn, Pak Choy, seaweed, braised pork belly, Japanese fish cake, lava egg & Spring Onion. It has pretty solid Miso flavor which definitely attract those Miso lover, it will be good if they will to add slightly more Miso to make the flavor richer.
Again we are disappointed with the egg, they need to improve over their milten egg which is overcook and it doesn’t has the smooth texture, the one we had in the picture even have one part without egg white.
Aburi Char Siew RM11.90, we are surprise by how good this Aburi Char Siew taste, during our first visit it is rather normal but this time it has very good burn smell and the overall taste much much more better. Just love it so much.
