Spice Market having much more interesting buffet promotion again with award winning Chef Seth Shantanu from Naan-Flavor of India Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort, Kota Kinabalu. Chef signature dish such as Butter Chicken, Sarson Machhi and Kesari Murgh Tikka which all will be presented in the buffet menu. International Buffet available from Sunday to Thursday 6.30pm – 10.30pm, Adult RM128++ while Child RM64++. Front the entrance you will first be greeted with Indian counter with most of the signature dish from Chef follow by Western dishes and Asian hot dishes, noodle station provide hand made ramen while cheese counter offer assorted cheese that goes well with bread and biscuit provided. Dessert bar has huge range of fresh made dessert and ice cream as well.
Indian counter has my favorite Lamb Satay that should not be miss, it is so juicy and flavorful.
Salad Bar, assorted fresh fruit and vegetable served with countless dressing.

Get yourself a special made Ramen with either Laksa Soup or Chicken Soup, highly recommend to try the Ramen as is very smooth and the chicken is so flavorful.
