Sigi’s Bar & Grill On The Beach Restaurant in Golden Sands Resort Penang celebrating their 35th Anniversary on 15th March 2015, official opening by Tun Hussein Onn back in 1980. The Hotel has since very success and become one of the top hotel in Penang now. During 35th Celebration, special menu for Sigi’s Bar & Grill available on March but they might consider extend the promotion, feel free to give them a call.
Signature dishes which previously served in one of the famous Italian Restaurant in Golden Sand Resort “Peppino Italian Cuisine” are reproduce and available in the 35th Celebration menu. Thanks to Chef Adrian who make our night so wonderful with all the awesome food.
Californian Cobb Salad RM30++ with Crispy Bacon, Avocados, Chilantro Chicken and Chive Dressing. A big surprise by one of the ingredients that not everyone love but definitely my favorite, blue cheese. It gave very strong flavor and salty taste to the refreshing vegetable.
Chicken Quesadilla RM30++, Flour Tortilla Filled with Chicken, Pepper and Cheese. Warm Quesadilla fill with tomato marinated chicken breast top with guacamole, sour cream and chili pickle. Big portion that strictly for sharing, mix with guacamole making it taste so good.
Peppino Lasagne RM36++, traditional home types lasagna with beef, baked with cheese and tomato. Well, this is way too generous. Super big portion of Lasagna that enough to fill 3 person stomach, it has very strong tomato and cheese taste.
Lemon Tart with Passion Fruit RM16++, Lemon Tart seem to be boring but with passion fruit it become so much different, rich flavor of passion fruits help to boost it flavor.
Rice Pudding with Vanilla RM15++ is one of the special dessert from Chef that he learn while working in Egypt, the creamy pudding fill with rice that gave it very special texture.
