Zi Zai Restaurant located at Paya Terubong and this is the countless time i visit their restaurant, mainly served chu char and during Chinese New Year they offer Poon Choi as well. This round I going to try the long awaiting "Zi Zai Budae Jjigae" or we call it “不对锅”. Funny name isn't it?
"Zi Zai Budae Jjigae" is actually not Korean style Budae Jjigae instead it more like their own creativity, the soup taste more spicy with a little bit of sourness and sweetness. Ingredients such as sausage, ham, clam, carrot, mushroom, tomato, chili...etc are all included. RM25 per person and pre-order is highly recommended.
Add on prawn on top of the steamboat.
Fresh big prawn are also included, other than that fish meat, scallop, slice pork are also inside of the package.
I really enjoy the soup, it is spicy at first but after add on all the ingredients and boiled for a while, sweetness pop out and create a well balanced taste.
Chung Ling Egg, another signature dish that can only be found in 3 places Chung Ling High School, 43 Cafe and Zi Zai Restaurant. Half cooked stir fried egg with chili oil, always the best in taste. Yummy.
Ah Ma Fried Chicken, nicely marinated chicken meat deep fried to perfection. The Chicken meat is so flavorful and juicy inside, it is one of the best deep fried chicken i ever try.
