Top 97 Western and Italian Restaurant formerly Little Cottage 2 are located at Jalan Gottlieb inside Waterfall Hotel. The new restaurant is going to launch a completely new menu with new chef that going to introduce some great and awesome food.
Beef Scotch Egg RM24, Marinated minced Beef coated with breadcrumb served on a bed of fresh salad. Beef are marinated to flavor, it has crispy outer layer with soft and juicy bite of egg and minced beef.
Calamari & Dip RM24, Crunchy Squid with Fresh Herbs Marination served with Hot Cayenne Mayonnaise, it is perfectly deep fried to crispy texture and we can’t event notice a drop of oil contain in it, the herbs flavor marination create a nice aroma and dipping with the cayenne mayonnaise making it taste good.
Chicken Confit RM30, Whole Chicken Leg, Sautéed Baby Potato with Momotaro and Braised Kai Lan. Chicken are perfectly cook to soft texture, we can easily remove the meat with a light touch on it, it is cook to flavor as well.
Lamb Ragout RM36, Slow cooked boneless Lamb Shoulder with vegetables served with Butter Milk Mashed and Toasted Bread. If the lamb can be a little bit more tender then it would be perfect, the sauce is very flavorful with rich taste.
Beef Burger RM28, Homemade Beef Patties, Fresh Lettuce, Cheddar Cheese, Momotaro slice and Hot Cayenne Mayonnaise. Big burger with juicy patties, patties are nicely mix with flavor and add on hot cayenne mayonnaise making it taste good.
Grouper Fillet RM45, Pouch Fresh Grouper Fillet, Sautéed Baby Potato with Peas and Momotaro. Pretty big portion, normally I don’t order fish because they always served in small portion but this plate is definietely more than enough for me to fill my stomach.
Chilled Australian Angus Beef RM82, Grilled Roasted, Butter Milk Mashed, Sautéed Mushroom in Red Wine Jus, Braised Kai Lan, Garlic Flakes. Beef are nicely done to texture and the garlic flake add on flavor to it, probably a sprinkle of sea salt could make it taste even better.
Spaghetti Aglio Olio Pepperoncino RM17, Coconut oil, Bird Chili, Green Courgette, Fresh Basil, Age Parmesan and Garlic Flakes. Spaghetti cook to el-dente and it taste refreshing and light.
Spaghetti Vongole RM22, Glaze white wine with Clams, Fresh Basil, Bird Chili, and Garlic Flakes. Clam play an important role in this dish as it has very strong flavor and sweetness that contribute to the greatness of this spaghetti.
