Hotel Vistana Authentic Malay Delicacy Ramadhan Buffet

This is my very first visit to Hotel Vistana and this round we going to try their Ramadhan Buffet, I am very impress with the “Warung” style decoration and placement, every decoration great demonstrated Malay style which nicely fit the Ramadhan Buffet Theme. The Ramadhan Buffet starting from 19 June until 16 July 2015, RM65 Nett for Adult and RM30 Nett for Children. It consider one of the cheapest buffet you can find in town for a complete buffet line. Great variety of authentic Malay cuisine can be found here.

They served all hot dishes in big bowl and heated, it pretty much like eating Malay economy rice but the portion is much more bigger and more variety.

Personally I live the Chicken Satay very much as it perfectly marinated and taste flavorful, most important still the Satay sauce which has whole lot of peanut in it and taste so good. Chicken Dynamite is something special here, it is actually green chili filled with cheese and chicken meat, at first I am pretty scare to try as I don’t like the green chili taste but I am wrong here, it doesn’t has strong chili flavor instead it taste fresh and the filling taste well balanced with the chili. The other two item Pakora and Cucur Udang are perfectly deep fried to crispy texture and taste good with the dipping sauce provided.
