Introduction of Durian
The scary part, 100g of portion equivalent to 153kcal, OMG! That is one hour of my badminton session. Imagine that every time I eat durian at least 200g or 300g which mean I need to play 5 to 6 hour badminton just to burn it.
Even though it taste good and hard to resist but still proper planning required for weight and health control.
Award winning durian, the all time favorite Ang Hae and D600, try both but I still prefer Ang Hae as the orange color flesh is so creamy and sweet.
Raja Kunyit, one of the best Durian in Malaysia. I can’t get good Raja Kunyit in Penang but I manage to try it in KL which really taste good.
D11 is my favorite as well due to the bitter taste that has mild alcoholic flavor, sometime bitter taste durian is not that boring compare to just sweet.
Durian not only can be eaten raw instead it can be process and made out many different product. My favorite will be Durian Ice Cream and Durian Cake.
Well, it time to grab some durian, hope you enjoy it.
