Restaurant operation hour is a little bit odd as they only start business from 6pm and close on 5am. Hong La Jiao offer rather authentic Sze Chuan type mala (spicy) steamboat but I am not very sure whether Dry Steamboat is origin from Sze Chuan or not. Hehe! Let it be, as long as it taste good.
