Mee Suah Koh, is a type of rice noodle cook with pork mince and prawn and thickens with flour. It taste good with black vinegar, it has pretty much same taste and texture like Shark Fin Soup. Most of the hawker will break the Mee Suah into small pieces but here they maintain it size so that you can really taste the Mee Suah.

I believe Goodall Cafe is familiar to almost every Penangkia since it has been well established for many years, most of the hawker food sell here are good and reasonable price. I would highly recommended tourist to visit here rather than Gurney Drive Food Court, there is nearby Bus Station as well.

Fresh Fruit Juice, assorted fresh fruits mix and match. Highly recommended the Dragon Fruits mixed with Apple and Orange, although the price is slightly on the high side but consider the amount of fresh fruit blended it still worth the value.

Sukhothai is one of our favorite restaurant for beef noodle, we start visited their shop since day 1 their established business at Burma Road.

Char Koay Teow, a big surprise to us. We never expect the Char Koay Teow to be that authentic consider the lack of pork lard, the big portion of Char Koay Teow is so delicious.

10sen WanTan at Uncle Gan WanTanMee Tanjung Bungah

We been long heard about this Uncle Gan hawker who sell 10sen Wantan and RM2.50 WanTanMee, finally we prove TheStar news is correct. We are really amaze by the super duper cheap wan tan mee. The shop is located at Uncle Gan house and operated by himself with his wife so you won’t see any other worker there. Both of them are extremely friendly and nice to every customer, although they might be slow in serving but why not give them a hand? They cook and we served our self, we even count the deep fried wan tan our self.

The shop is located at Jalan Lembah Permai, opposite Tenby International School. House number 71.

No big signage so you have drive slowly and look for the white background red work “雲吞面”.
tanjung bungah wan tan mee

Only 3 table inside the house so we normally just share with other customer.

Wantan mee is RM2.50 only, a big bowl of wantan mee with 4 pieces of deep fried wan tan. The dark sauce taste sweet, a little bit too sweet for my liking but still acceptable and the noodle is springy and taste good.

10cents wan tan

wantan in soup, 10sen each as well and it come with vegetable.
10cents wan tan

This is what is crazy for, 10sen deep frid wantan. I believe you can’t find this anywhere in the world, 10sen each is extremely cheap. I just wonder whether they make any profit or not. Uncle, i do really respect your passion and love.
10cents wan tan

Most of the wantan mee hawker just simply put a little bit of meat inside but here even though just 10sen but they put quite a generous amount of meat in it and all those meat are marinated, it is extremely crispy and delicious.

Sai Lam Wantan Mee and Beef Noodle

Sai Lam Wantan Mee with Beef is a very famous place for food lover, this place has been established for so many years and still maintenance good reputation. Although parking always a problem but that never stop food lover to visit them, the wantan mee is perfectly cook and the most important is the big wan tan that fill with whole lot of meat that has very round shape instead of empty filling like most of the wantan mee in town.

Beef Noodle Wan Tan Mee that should never miss, it come with beef brisket, tendons and meat, it is very juicy and tender. The soup has very mild herbal taste but for me it lack of beef flavor, personally I like beef noodle to have very very strong beef taste. Overall it is still very delicious Wan Tan Mee to die for.
